Honey Panna Cotta

⅓ cup cold milk
1 envelope (¼ ounce) powdered unflavored gelatin
1½ cups heavy whipping cream
6 tablespoons honey

Place milk in a small bowl and sprinkle with gelatin; let sit 5 minutes.

Heat cream and honey over medium heat in a small saucepan; add gelatin mixture and whisk until completely dissolved. Remove from heat.

Pour cream mixture into 4 individual ramekins. Refrigerate overnight or until set. Serve with seasonal fruit.
